Campaign

Campaigns let you automate outbound calls at scale. Upload a contact list, assign an agent, set a schedule, and Callem Studio calls each contact automatically.
The Campaign feature is currently in early access. Core functionality (creation, scheduling, CSV upload, progress tracking) is available. Advanced features like retry logic and detailed per-contact analytics are coming soon.

Creating a Campaign

Navigate to Campaign

Go to Deploy > Campaign and click New Campaign.

Configure settings

Fill in the campaign name, select the agent and phone number, set a schedule, and configure max concurrent calls.

Upload contacts

Upload a CSV file with phone numbers. A template is available for download.

Launch

Review and create the campaign. It will start at the scheduled time.

Contact List

Upload your contacts as a CSV file with at least a phone number column.

Campaign Status

Campaign Detail

Click on a campaign to view its detail panel with:
  • Recipients — total contacts in the list
  • Sent — number of calls placed
  • Picked up — number of calls answered
  • Per-contact status — status for each recipient (Pending, Sent, Picked Up, Success)
